Consistency rings show the share of days in the selected period with a run or yoga, and the share of weeks with 3+ gym sessions. A closed ring means every day (or week) counted.
Streaks are always live, whatever year is selected. Running started on 5 May 2021 and every day since has a run in Strava, Apple Health or Nike Run Club. Gym counts weeks with 3+ sessions, so rest days never break it.
Missed syncs can be repaired: tap a day with no run in the calendar and choose "I ran, it didn't sync". Repairs stay in this browser.
Heart-rate zones use your Strava zones. Each activity's heart-rate stream is analysed once and saved; the 10 PM nightly update and each visit work through older activities until all are done.
Football comes from the "Football stats" tab of your Storyworthy sheet, which is final for date, score, result and goals. Each Strava match is paired with the closest sheet entry (up to a week apart) for distance, top speed and heart rate; when the two dates differ, the table shows both. Strava matches after your first sheet entry with no sheet row are listed but not counted.
Annual bests are estimates from each run's average pace over its whole distance: the fastest runs of at least 3, 5, 10 and 21.1 km. Runs with a broken recording (faster than 3:00/km, slower than 10:00/km or over 6 hours) and Nike Run Club estimates are left out.
Shortcuts: keys 1–5 switch sections; the rings, streak cards and tabs all jump to their section.
Saved history: your full history is saved with this page, so it opens instantly on any device and never calls Strava on its own. A late-night update adds the day's new activities and heart-rate zones. Tap Refresh to pull the last two months, the football sheet and zones right away; reload the full history if older activities were edited on Strava.
